These terms apply to filmhows.com and the Filmhows web app (“Filmhows”). By using Filmhows you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

The service

Filmhows lets you keep a log of the films and series you watch, track episodes, keep a watchlist and see statistics about your viewing. Filmhows is currently in beta: features may change, and there may be bugs or downtime.

Your account

• You can use Filmhows without an account, or sign in with Google to save your log to your account.
• You are responsible for activity on your account. Let us know if you think someone else has accessed it.
• You must be at least 13 years old to use Filmhows.

Your data

Your watch log belongs to you. You can download it at any time and ask us to delete it. How we handle personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.

Comments and community

Be respectful. Mark spoilers using the “Contains spoilers” option. Don't post hate speech, harassment, personal information about others, spam, or illegal content. Comments reported by several people are hidden automatically, and we may remove any comment or account that breaks these rules. You are responsible for what you post.

Acceptable use

Please don't misuse Filmhows: for example, don't try to access other people's data, disrupt or overload the service, scrape it in bulk, or use it for anything unlawful.

Film and series information

Film and series information and images are provided by TMDB. This product uses the TMDB API but is not endorsed or certified by TMDB. Streaming availability is provided by JustWatch through TMDB and may not always be accurate. All film titles, posters and related images belong to their respective owners.

No warranty

Filmhows is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. We do our best to keep it running and your data safe, but we can't guarantee the service will always be available or error-free. We recommend downloading a backup of your log from time to time.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Filmhows is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the service, including loss of data.

Changes and ending the service

We may update these terms or change, pause or stop the service. If we make significant changes, we'll update the date above and let signed-in users know. You can stop using Filmhows at any time.
